Fleer is an incantation used to conjure "a fat pink bubble" which can be directed at a target, bursting on impact into a film of "sticky goo." In February of 2011, Innocence Pritchard used the spell in a duel against David Washington, and Alexandra Quick later used the spell on the statue of Franklin Brown.
