Aafa is a powerful narcotic issued from the skin glands of the aafali fish, native to Telios Prime. Aafa is a controlled substance, and is regularly used in Telian medicine as a pain reliever, although in very low doses. In its most potent form, aafa is a light blue powder which must be diluted in distilled water for intravenous use. It has also been used in a gel base for topical pain relief, although in extremely low concentrations.
