POPULATION: INFO: Greenwood is a town located in the Shelter Bay Metropolitan Area. The town has a mild climate all year round. Neighbor to the north is Shelter Bay, as well as to the west. Also to the west, Evergreen is a neighbor. The Evergreen Mountains sit to the east. HISTORY: The town was formed out of growing demand for housing and suburban life. It was overflow of Shelter Bay and Evergreen.
