The Hon. Ashley George John Ponsonby (24 June 1831 – 12 January 1898) was a Liberal Party politician. The son of William Ponsonby, 1st Baron de Mauley, he was member of parliament for the Gloucestershire constituency of Cirencester from 1852-57 and 1859-65. He was a Progressive Party member of the London County Council representing Finsbury (Central) from 1892 until his death.
