Linda's Brownies As many of you probably already know, I had a wonderful friend, Linda, who died from cancer in 1994. We knew each other since we were 5-years-old and attended the Ohio State School for the Blind all through the 12th grade. Linda was a wonderful cook and I'm going to be posting some of her favorite recipes from time-to-time. I just wanted to share them with my friends. I know she'd like that. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1/2 cup, (one stick) butter or margarine 1 cup granulated sugar four eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 can Hershey's syrup 1 cup sifted flour 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chopped pecans.
