If you are a starter you can mine some gold ore in the Al-Kharid(the town by Lumbridge[Town you start at]) go to the desert and head North and you will run into a mine. If you are really low I recomend dont go their there are some Scorpions there that will go hostile to you if you are to low. After you get the ore you have to smelt that on a furnace (1 located in Lumbrigde + 1 Located in Desert). Than with the bar you have to have the Necklace Mould (can be bought in desert craft shop). Than head back to the furnace and use the bar on the furnace and craft the Necklace.
