Roman Catholics make up around a fifth of the Lovian population, and slightly less than half of the total number of Christians. More precise figures are not possible to come by as the census does not include data on religion. The Church is led by Bishop Waylon Ský and the cathedral is Saint Urban's, located in Hurbanova. The episcopate, which is known in Lovia by the rarer English term 'bishopric' due to links with the Oceana language, falls under the Archdiocese of San Francisco, together with California, Nevada and Hawai'i.
