William Harold Hutchinson (c.1878-19 May 1965) was a trade union official and politician. Born in Manchester, Hutchinson was a member of the Executive Council of the Amalgamated Engineering Union from 1913–30 and President of the union from 1930–33. A member of the Labour Party, he served on its executive council from 1914 and was chairman in 1920. At the 1924 general election he unsuccessfully stood at Bolton. In 1925 he was elected to the London County Council as a councillor representing Woolwich East. He served a single three-year term on the council, standing down at the 1928 election.
