Chairman Vogl(ヴォーグル 議長Vu~ōguru gichō) (also translated as Vorgle) is a former Chairman of the Galactic Federation. A representative of the horned "Ceratopsid" race, Vogl believes that the military forces of the various planets of the Galactic Federation should be combined in order to defeat their enemies, particularly the Space Pirates. He pushed the Federation Bureau to side with him over Chairman Keaton to enlarge and unite the Federation Police Force. He was succeeded by Keaton, and it is mentioned that he attempted to make diplomatic negotiations with the Pirates.
