Walter is a police officer in Rockford, Illinois. Walter Kelly along with his partner Daniel Gunderson arrive at the Roosevelt Asylum, and enter the asylum thinking some teenagers have broken into it, they split up and search asylum. After Gunderson finds the teens and sees them off, Walter's nose begins to bleed suddenly in the police cruiser.
