Maysayuki Franconi was a Mesan seccy and the leader of the gang controlling Sukharov Tower in the 20th Century PD. She was a small, slender woman with silver-streaked dark hair. In 1922 PD, she witnessed troopers of the Office of Public Safety attacking and killing women and children in the Sukharov territory. In response, she ordered her chief enforcers to break out the gang's arsenal of illegally obtained heavy weapons. A short time later, her forces started gunning down OPS troopers with tribarrels.
