Miss Neilly was a character that appeared only in the Season 3 episode "The Littlest Witch." She is the evil witch-teacher from the Witch Haven Conservatory who teaches the little witches how to be evil witches. However, she was especially hard on Brenda because she was a failure at being evil, and threatened to expel her from the school if she couldn't create anything evil with her powers. Later, as Miss Neilly chases Brenda and Papa Smurf on her broom, Brenda turns the teacher's broom into an anvil and the witch teacher falls down in the river, where she will lose her powers for a year.
