Jo'Ara Gier was a female Cerean technician working with the Cularin resistance. When the forces of the Metatheran Cartel attacked the resistance's base within the Cloud Mountain mines in 31 BBY, it was Gier who discovered that one of the datapads with Cartel information recently brought into the base was transmitting its location to the Cartel.
