Evlei is a star system north of Federation space. It contains the planet Rebel I which, not surprisingly, is the headquarters of the Rebellion. The location of the system is a fairly well-guarded secret; the Rebels prefer to conduct their business with others on the space station Rebel II in the Koria system.
