Aman Bin Atwad was a terrorist who supplied money and explosives to Hussan Mohammed who later executed the attack on the USS Cole, which killed Special Agent Vivian Blackadder's brother and 17 others, Rex and prompted her to join NCIS. For this, Bin Atwad was added to the NCIS Most Wanted Wall and was successfully captured in April 2003.
