Priv (aka The Blind to Pageviews, formerly Priv.) badge is given when a user chooses to hide pageviews from being displayed on all profile pages (this option is in Settings >> Browsing). If a user has five other badges publicly visible, enabling this one will add a sixth badge to the top right of the user's profile page.
