The Nano-assemblage is a component of an AI's core, housing the AI's Riemann Matrix as well as its core logic. It also contains cryogenic coolant units to keep physical temperature within acceptable limits. The nano-assemblage is presumably some sort of data storage unit, similar to a Data Crystal Chip.
