Henry Walton Jones, Senior kept a painting of crusaders on the wall of his home at 25 Pine Road in 1938. The painting depicted eleventh-century knights plummeting to their deaths over a tall cliff while one crusader appeared to be walking on the air toward the Holy Grail with outstretched arms.
