Surmante Skilura II, also called "the Mad", was the most cruel of the Surmante Emperors of Nansur, whose deranged antics led to the Granary Revolts of 3668 and the accension of Surmante Xatantius I to the Mantle. Skilura is said to have kept a bowl of molten gold at his side, to fling into the faces of those who displeased him.
