The Fields is the southern capital of Telf, and the second-oldest city on this Earth. The city's population is very small, keeping mostly to the western alleyways of the city. The city has no official ruler, but since the southern half of Telf is a pirate-infested desert, it serves. In ancient times, the Fields served as the home of the Faith of Calthoss the Shadow & the Shine, and its grey priests. The city is absolutely enormous, sprawling almost all of the Poppy Kingdom, and ripping up the River Needle; the city is the largest city on this Earth, dwarfed only by Bottomjaw Castle.
