Deela was a Bajoran woman who lived during the mid to late-24th century. She was a member of the Bajoran Resistance movement during the Occupation of Bajor. When Cardassian forces withdrew in 2369, Deela became a carer at the Tozhat Resettlement Center, looking after Cardassian war orphans that had been left behind.
