General Hesn Ornklarz (b. October 5, 3565 - 17 March 3630) was the Yabek (Viceroy) of the Khanate of Jelbania serving from December 3622 to November 3629. He served in the Great Jelbek Horde for 47 years `and was its Chief of Staff between 3613 and 3630.
