The Battle of Gormen was a battle fought on the planet Gormen during the Galactic Civil War. Major Bren Derlin served as field commander for the Alliance to Restore the Republic during this battle, which he believed the Alliance was close to winning until the arrival of AT-AT walkers on the battlefield. The AT-ATs ripped apart Rebel forces stationed on the front lines, causing the locals to flee, while the more experienced Alliance soldiers simply surrendered.
