Horizon Bay Restaurant is a restaurant at Tokyo DisneySea at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan. It is located at Port Discovery adjacent to the DisneySea Electric Railway station. It offers buffeteria style and serves mainly seafood dishes and meat such as shrimp. Disney Character Dining is also available which usually features Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Pluto. The restaurant opened on September 4, 2001 together with the park.
