Wookieepedia plans to have a table set up at the event. Wikia will provide $1000 towards merchandise and the table. Official fan group application information can be seen at these links: [1] [2] Part of the application for a free table is a no-more-than-500-word initial proposal. Let's come up with the initial proposal and try to get our table for free. Then we can use the money from Wikia and the money that we raise towards other things listed on the original discussion page like merchandising.
