Dalriada House is one of three 19 storey towers that make up the Anderston Centre. The building is named after the Clyde paddle steamer SS Dalraida, which regularly docked on the adjacent Broomielaw docks. Construction was carried out by Myton and the building conatins 113 flats. The project was approved in 1967 and completed in 1973. It was a mixed use schme with the tower being located above commercial offices and retail outlets. The commercial units have since been demolished but the residential towers are to be retained and refurbished.
