Shield Arm (シールドアーム Shīrudo Āmu?) is a Special Weapon from Mega Man Volnutt in the Mega Man Legends series that appears in Mega Man Legends, Mega Man Legends 2, Namco × Capcom and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. In the first game the Shield Arm projects an energy shield in front of Mega Man for a limited time. The shield protects Mega Man and causes a very short amount of damage to enemies that touch it. It should be noted that the shield doesn't protect Mega Man from powerful attacks such as explosions and some of MegaMan Juno's attacks.
