Bokara VI was the inhabited sixth planet in its star system. In 2369, this planet hosted a neuropsychology seminar which was attended by Counselor Deanna Troi. While at the seminar, Troi was returning to her quarters when she was abducted by members of the Romulan underground movement and surgically altered to take the place of Tal Shiar Major Rakal in order to help with the defection of Vice-Proconsul M'ret, a high-ranking member of the Romulan Senate.
