Oppo Rancisis was a Thisspiasian Jedi Master and a member of the Jedi Council for decades, both before and during the Clone Wars. A talented military strategist, Rancisis was a respected Jedi General during the Clone Wars. Rancisis was also the leader of the Council of Reconciliation.
