Melvir is a location in Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song. The capital of the Bafal Empire, Melvir is a circular city spread over 2 levels. The lower level is home to a variety of shops and the police station, as well as having access to the World map, residential district and the docks. The upper level is home to the Imperial Palace, Imperial Library as well as 2 temples dedicated to Yucomb and Elore. Underneath Melvir runs a series of sewer systems, accessible from various locations around the city. The port allows travels to Oapu and Jelton.
