Koon Ran is a Regular currently climbing the Tower. He was formerly Koon Aguero Agnis's teammate and was also formerly a member of the FUG team created for Jyu Viole Grace. After the events of the Workshop Battle, he formed into a new team with Koon's direction. He is also from the same branch family as Koon Maschenny Zahard. He is currently at 39th Floor taking rest at Name-Hunt Station due to his battle-injury against Arie Inieta.
