Jeff Horn is a character portrayed by John Prudhont in the ABC crime series Castle. Horn was a two-term New York City Councilman who was running for re-election. He was murdered by his friend and campaign manager, Frank Nesbit, and his own wife, Laurie Horn, for a combination of professional and personal reasons.
