Katie Bruggeman is an employee at the greatest show of all time, The Colbert Report. One of the many people who have benefited from Dr. Colbert's success, she is an executive assistant to Rich and Allison. Born in International Falls, Minnesota, she used to date the police officer who arrested Senator Larry Craig in that Minnesota airport bathroom, Sergeant David Karsnia. She missed circus day when Miss Star arrested her for kissing Karsnia in the preschool toy box. It is not known if Katie ever dated Miss Star.
