Ugrik was a male M'shinn Jedi Master. He along with a Bith apprentice, Khal K'sar, were assigned to protect former Sith Knight Felax Kwaad when she was attempting negotiations with Zonama Sekot. They fled when Sekot was attacked by the Reavers. They relocated the Yuuzhan Vong and Ferroans to Yavin VIII or, as they were more commonly known as, the Yavin settlements. He later joined the Survivors and was a member of the Jedi Council.
