Touching the Infinite was a kata of the Phoenix Clan learned by the Shiba Bushi school. This exercise was performed blindfolded. The bushi must extend his senses into the Void as he performed the exercise's steps. When the kata was complete, the Shiba bushi was so strongly attuned to his own Void that he became like the very element, shifting as nothing and everything at once.
