Frank Dickerson is a former NASCAR driver from Milford, DE. He competed in two Nationwide Series events in his career. Both of his starts came in 1984, when Dickerson debuted at Dover. Starting 17th in the twenty-two car field, Dickerson completed just 29 laps before retiring to 18th with suspension issues. His other race wasn't any better, starting and finishing 20th at Langley with electrical woes.
