Raiu Shin (雷雨神, Raiu Shin) is a 14 year old Jonin and is a member of Team Kise, he is also a major figure in the fanon canon series called Naruto: Childish Killers. He is a member of the secret clan - the Shin Clan, his parents where killed when he was 7 and as a result he has a very tragic past he is the rival of Senshi Uchiha.
