Younger sister of the murdered teenage witch Dana MacArthur. At the end of Industrial Magic, Paige Winterbourne agrees to the request of Gillan's father to start teaching Gillian long-distance, in order to prevent the isolation and lack of knowledge that prevented her sister from getting the support she needed and led to her living in the streets, ultimately leading to her death at the hands of a vampire. This setup would ultimately lead to the founding of the Sabrina School for young witches.
