An Ambrosia melon is an exotic melon hybrid that might be confused with a cantaloupe, but isn't. It has a pale straw skin with a thin inner green lining and excellent netting. Its flesh is very sweet, tender, pale orange in color, and has a small seed cavity. Its flavor is like a combination of all melons plus flowers. It has cantaloupe, but many other melons, in its breeding.
