Shyla Locken was a young queen of Libaterra, and the last known monarch from the House of Locken to rule the country who was one of two candidates to wield Dawn, the other being Axikasha Keiran. She disappeared in 1000 AE, following the fall of Lutherin and the Locken Loyalists in the Libaterran Civil War. After the Cataclysm, the Crimson Coalition claims to serve Shyla who, according to them, has appointed Warlady Glaurung Losstarot as her champion so she can unite Libaterra under one rule. However, it's unclear whether this is the truth or just Coalition propaganda to win over the Libaterran population.
