Jamie Byass was a Plasmid seller in Rapture, who did business with an illegal Plasmid lab hidden in Joe's Green Groceries in Hedone Plaza. He left an audio diary instructing one of his employees to pick up a Plasmid supply from the lab, and to be careful that no Splicers would see the location.
