The S Classic (SC) series is a line of solid body electric guitar models produced by Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. The series was introduced in 1997 and produced through 2004. It is the second of Ibanez S series guitars with a hard-tail bridge instead of a tremolo. Like its predecessor, the SF series, the SC series is based on the classic Ibanez S shape, but the SC has some more refinements, creating a more unique model.
