Beechcraft Model 17 C17B construction number 102, original registration NC16443. The aircraft crashed in 1939 and was repaired using the fuselage from c/n 110, a Beech company demonstrator. It was impressed into military service as a UC-43G on 21 September 1942. Sold back into civilian hands after the war, it remains flying as of 2008.
