John Robarts (10 June 1872 - 22 June 1954) was a banker. Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council co-opted to fill a wartime vacancy on 10 October 1917, representing the City of London. He did not defend the seat when council elections resumed in 1919. His career in banking began when he became a partner in Robarts, Lubbock & Co. The firm was merged into Coutts Bank in 1914 and he became a director in 1920. He subsequently became a director of a number of other banking companies in the City of London, retiring in 1950.
