Slug Lords are replaced by Luminescent Slug Lords on Challenge Level 1 and above. These enemies, found either wandering around the Deep Jungle or spawned from Luminescent Slug Mothers, have much more health and damage and also shoot faster projectiles than their lesser brethren, making them a greater threat than before.
