Bleached Red is a crime organization whose activities go beyond the mostly pokemon-poaching business of its founding teams, Rocket, Aqua, and Magma. Bleached Red, while fully immersed in the same activities, commits illicit activities similar to the Form Center's, only with less good in mind. The syndicate has been accused of even worse things as well, some of them only marginally related to pokemon. There is even an entire branch of the police force dedicated to their defeat.
