George Franklin was a Silesian pirate. He held the rank of "Major" and served as the commander of the Marine detachment aboard the heavy cruiser Predator. He was killed on the planet Refuge by the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps during the Battle of Tiberian. (HHA4.6: TSotS)
