Aradraen: Fletcher is a store in Vivec, in the Ascadian Isles region of Morrowind. It is located on the bottom level of the Lower Waistworks in Vivec's Foreign Quarter. This shop, like Aradraen herself, will only appear once the official plug-in Area Effect Arrows has been installed. It is decorated with many weapons, all of which are of the ranged nature and has a practice dummy cordoned off at the far side of the room for testing the effects of the special weapons which are available for purchase exclusively here. An Ordinator stands guard near the shelves, which are littered with numerous loose weapons. The shop is also dotted with locked chests of varying levels.
