At the end of Avatar:the Last Airbender Aang defeats Ozai, Katara and Zuko defeat Azula and Zuko becomes Fire Lord, Toph, Suki, and Sokka stop a fleet of airships from burning down the Earth Kingdom , and the White Lotus free Ba Sing Se from the Fire Nation. This altogether ends the war and at the very end Aang and Katara kiss, confirming the start of their relationship.
