Perry the Platyborg was under command of Commander Initials. Heinz Doofenshirmitz invaded the Agency and trapped all agents. He eventually let the agents go free only under the condition that they must all leave the Tri-State Area; without any choice the agents accepted. Only his arch-nemesis Perry was still trapped. Doof thought of cooking him, melting him, dehidrating him, etc. Finally, he thought of changing Perry into a cyborg. A surgery was carried out and it was sucess. Without anyone to take care of good, Doofenshirmitz took over the Tri-State Area and threw all L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. members out of the Tri-State Area.
